Worked extensively as a counsellor with educational institutes of repute in India for over 20 years.
Facilitated the process of career planning for children and adolescents using their detailed psychometric profiles.

Work experience in different international schools, enriched exposure to different age groups, from 3 to 18 years old, and the dynamics of expatriate families.

Both started their careers within the school system and the Ministry of Education in Jamaica, including at the university level. They have supported international schools throughout China by doing individual psychotherapy, but also administering, scoring and interpreting psychoeducational assessments to aid in the diagnosis of developmental and learning issues in students. Through the assessment report, they were able to guide teachers and parents on how best to support these students. They have also developed crisis management protocols within some schools.
